Ondo state Governor Olusegun Mimiko, yesterday along with
some members of his cabinet were seen packing and clearing heaps of refuse abandoned
at the Oja Oba area of Akure, Ondo state.
Addressing people after the environmental exercise, he
lamented over the dwindling federal government allocations being received by
the state. He appealed to workers to show understanding with the
government on the need to return to their duty post in the interest of development.

This is coming as the workers civil service took to the
street of Akure, Ondo state capital to
protest their 5 months unpaid salaries.
